Plan ahead to avoid hold-ups
We ask that you send us your documents before your goods arrive at our offices. This advance preparation allows us to detect
potential administrative problems and to resolve them before your goods arrive.
The result: no unnecessary waiting time, immediate handling, and rapid delivery of your goods.
Minimum lead times:
Export: 2 working days before shipment
Import by truck : 2 working days before arrival in Belgium
Import by container : 2 weeks before arrival in Antwerp
Vehicles : by appointment only (please send an email or call)
Attention : all goods to be cleared through customs must be present at our premises before customs clearance can begin.
